New York City-based industrial rock quarter Model/Actriz [has] release[d] Swan Songs, a three-track EP that comes amidst a prolific period for the rising band. The new EP is a follow-up to their 2025 album, Pirouette, with singer Cole Haden sharing via a press release that the EP is "a capsule of experiments made in ['Pirouette''s] aftermath."

The EP further fleshes out the band's signature sound, combining industrial techno danceability with a pop-oriented sensitivity via Haden's writing, which is often both coy and tender. It features the blistering 4-on-the-floor burner, "Glassman," the ambient, slow-moving "Thank You By Dido," and the half-time, mini-epic "Majesty." -The Fader
