Soulwax have announced their first new album in seven years, ‘All Systems Are Lying’, with a huge double A-side single. The Belgian dance-punk outfit, featuring brothers Stephen and David Dewaele, recently began teasing the long-awaited follow-up to 2018’s ‘Essential’ with a cryptic billboard in London. The Dewaele brothers have described the forthcoming ‘All Systems Are Lying’ as “a rock album made without any electric guitars”. A press release states: “‘All Systems Are Lying’ was built entirely from modular synths, live drums, tape machines and processed vocals. It’s a fractured mirror held up to modern society on the brink – where truth is distorted by filters, algorithms and noise.”
