Voxtrot, Forbes’ 30 under 30, Eventbrite, and ORCA tracks nine indie labels’ artist investment

Nineteen years is a long time to go without releasing an album. Voxtrot will close that gap this February with Dreamers In Exile, their first proper LP of new material since their 2007 self-titled (though they've shared some new singles and old rarities in the interim). Dreamers In Exile also marks the Austin indie-pop band's first album since they broke up in 2010 and went on a reunion tour in 2012. Some of their recent tracks are on the LP, and their latest single "Fighting Back" is out today.
The synth-heavy "Fighting Back," Srivastava adds, "echoes the catchy propulsiveness of early Voxtrot." The accompanying music video was directed and filmed by the band's longtime collaborator Annie Gunn. -Stereogum
