Night Tapes are a London dream pop band whose heavily textured production and pulsing dark grooves are punctuated by the ethereal voice of Estonian singer liris Vesik. Housemates Vesik, Sam Richards, and Max Doohan spun a series of casual evening jam sessions into a legitimate project whose 2021 EP, Download Spirit, helped them secure a deal with the Nettwerk label. Their follow-up EP, 2023's Perfect Kindness, helped elevate Night Tapes' profile ahead of their next single, “Drifting.”
