NewDad have offered up another taste of what to expect from their forthcoming second album, after announcing that the LP - entitled Altar - will be hitting shelves on 19th September via Atlantic Records. New single ‘Pretty’ is the fourth track to be lifted from the record and is a touching, dreamy offering that explores the band’s deep-rooted love for their hometown of Galway. “’Pretty’ is a lighter spin on a key theme of the album, homesickness,” frontwoman Julie Dawson has explained. “It was a way for me to express my adoration for Galway, it’s a love song really.” -DIY
