Mercedes enlisted Travis Scott to launch their brand new electric G-Wagon at a Beverly Hills launch party Tuesday evening. “Seated in the G 580 Edition One, he made a spectacular arrival — emerging from the water amid swelling smoke and vivid light projections. The automotive company specifically commissioned a dock for Scott to perform above the water on top of its new car.”

As the Hipgnosis bidding war heats up, the question of what will happen to founder Merck Mercuriadis is still a big question. While a recent report was doubtful that the board could continue with Mercuriadis, terminating his contract without case “would give HSM a termination fee and, more critically, an option to buy the entire portfolio at whichever is highest: fair market value, a third party’s bid or the company’s market capitalization.

After spending the last decade studying social media habits, Tiffany Zhong has created ‘Nospace’- essentially a Gen Z take on Myspace. The app, which has over 380k people on its waitlist, will allow users to share what they are “watching, eating, reading, listening to IRL” and connect with others over shared interests. “What I see right now is all social media is just media — it’s not social anymore,” Zhong told Bustle. “Everyone is ogling at each other’s lives and personalities, but no one is engaging with them.”

During their Q1 earnings call, Spotify shared plans to offer a redesigned menu of subscription tiers- including audiobook-only and music-only options.
